30-Day Return Window
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The outer box must be intact with its seal unbroken.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. We process them within 14 days of approving your return; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Opened Box Guarantee
Opened it and it's not for you? Contact us within 7 days. We'll refund you — no need to ship 365 pairs back. We may ask for a few photos.
Damaged or Missing
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, we replace it free or refund you. We cover return shipping in this case.
EU Statutory Right
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the box. Contact us by email to exercise it; no reason required.
